Electrical Connection member and NECA contractor Aschinger Electric is partnering with Azimuth Energy to serve growing demand for solar energy.  The “first of its kind” joint-venture locally will focus on utility scale and commercial solar projects. Read more in the St. Louis Business Journal.

Meanwhile, Aschinger was part of the team led by BSI Constructors Inc. that transformed an old manufacturing site into the new $20 million headquarters for Rung for Women. Located in the historic Fox Park neighborhood at 2717 Sydney St., the renovation is advancing the organization’s mission of empowering women to grow and achieve sustained independence.  Read more in St. Louis CNR.

NECA contractor RJP Electric and its IBEW workforce performed the electrical work on the high performance, energy efficient 367,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility for Melton Machine in Washington, Mo.  Working with general contractor Contegra Construction, RJP installed electrical infrastructure to support office space, meeting rooms and a large manufacturing zone where Melton Machine welds and assembles complex machinery components.  Learn more

Two NECA contractors have been named among the fastest growing companies in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal.  They include Sachs Electric, an ArchKey Solutions company, with a 130.41% increase in revenue from 2017 to 2019 and PayneCrest Electric with an 80.95% increase in revenue over the same time frame.
