We serve shopping centers, retail developers, restaurants, grocers and all types of retail destinations.  IBEW/NECA work in the retail sector has been saluted 10 times in the AGC Construction Keystone Awards. 

We work with the largest grocers in our region as they adapt to consumer expectations, including in-store cooking schools, remote pharmacies and the region’s first ever escalator for shopping carts. We install and service infrastructure for refrigeration/freezer units, digital check out stations, specialized indoor and outdoor lighting and more. Our contractors offer additional reliability and savings with cost effective maintenance agreements.

For new shopping centers, we are proficient at managing master schedules and meeting multiple customized schedules for individual retailers.  This has included adapting to lease agreements with tenants that dictate uncompromising deadlines for customized installations. We plan and install indoor lighting, pedestrian and parking lot lighting and are adept at working with owner IT consultants to design optimal low voltage for phone/data/internet connections.
