The building is supported by energy efficient systems, including an upgraded insulated building envelope, fully climate controlled with an advanced mechanical system and LED lighting throughout. The project is slated for completion at the beginning of next year in time for celebrating the 50th anniversary of Melton Machine’s founding. Contegra Construction is the general contractor.
