“I been training director for more than 25 years and I have never seen such a strong collective push toward successful inclusion of women and minorities in the trades across St. Louis.” So noted Dennis Gralike, director of the IBEW/NECA Electrical Industry Training Center, in St. Louis CNR’s look at diversity initiatives in the St. Louis construction industry.
