The brightest and most colorful hotel in St. Louis just might be the Angad Arts Hotel downtown.  NECA contractor PayneCrest Electric and IBEW teamed to help renovate the nearly 100-year-old former Missouri Theater to transform it into a sparkling addition to Midtown St. Louis’ Grand Center Arts District.  The renovation is the vision of Lawrence Groups CEO Steve Smith and Caparo Group Founder Lord Swraj Paul.
