A surge in new apartment developments in West St. Louis County finds NECA contractor Guarantee Electrical and IBEW working on the $59 million mixed-use The Village of Twin Oaks at Big Bend Road and Highway 141.  Located on the site of former Schnucks Markets, it includes 219 luxury apartments and about 17,000 square feet of new retail.  Propper Construction Services is the builder.  Read more in the St. Louis Business Journal

IBEW/NECA was part of the team that completed the corporate headquarters for 7G Distributing in Davenport, Iowa.  NECA contractor Kaiser Electric performed electrical work on the 112,000-square-foot building which also serves as a distribution facility.  It features a 250-kilowatt solar array on the roof which covers more than half an acre.
