Guarantee was also featured in St. Louis CNR’s look at the Encore at Forest Park, the final development at Balke-Brown Transwestern’s Highlands at Forest Park on the site of the old Arena. The $51 million, six-story, 247-unit upscale development was completed in June.

NECA contractor Kay-Bee Electric is helping energize the Washington Avenue Loft District with the construction of the nine-story, 168-unit Monogram.  St. Louis CNR reports the project involves the historic renovation of the former CPI Corp. headquarters at 1706 Washington Avenue to create 315,000 square feet of loft living space.  The building was constructed in 1912 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
