Four IBEW/NECA contractors were ranked among the top 150 largest private companies by the St. Louis Business Journal. The March 24, 2017 article spotlighted Sachs Electric Co., ranked 85th with $234.5 million in revenues in 2016; JF Electric Inc., ranked 92nd with $207 million in revenues; Guarantee Electrical Co., ranked 119th with $157.37 million in revenues; and PayneCrest Electric, Inc., ranked 143rd with $118.8 million in revenues.

Saint Louis FC has unveiled its 2017 jersey. The Electrical Connection is again a proud sponsor of the soccer team and offering a free jersey giveaway. A number of updates and changes have been made to the National Electrical Code for 2017. NECA contractor PayneCrest examined changes affecting the healthcare industry.

Members of IBEW Local 1 came together to help paralyzed colleague Kenny Allgeyer. A 30-year-old electrician for Grasser Electric, Allgeyer sustained a spinal cord injury and needed significant work performed on his House Springs, Mo. home to accommodate his disability. IBEW workers were mobilized to install a wireless communication/home automation system in Allgeyer’s home that will enable him greater mobility around the house. Read the full story.
