Electrical Connection IBEW/NECA in the News

The week of March 5th is STEM week and continues an already busy year of school engagements by the Electrical Connection. On March 9, 2017, the Electrical Connection will be at two events. In the Wentzville School District, it will be presenting with and introducing the Saint Louis Science Center, Tesla and Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) — Gateway Chapter at the Prairie View Elementary School career fair. Meanwhile, that same day the Electrical Connection will also be energizing STEM subjects at Berkeley Middle School. Later in the month, it will have presentations at Jennings High School for “Project Lead the Way” and the annual Missouri Association of School Administrators conference. Last month, the IBEW/NECA partnership manned the Electrical Connection booth at Ferguson Middle School emphasizing the STEM skills needed to succeed as an electrician and communication technician.
