NECA contractors PayneCrest Electric and Guarantee Electrical are being saluted for sustaining a robust momentum of growth by the St. Louis Business Journal. NECA contractor American Electric and Data and its IBEW Local 1 workforce were part of the team that delivered a 15,900-square-foot, two-story addition to Northwest High School’s gymnasium.  It houses a storm shelter, weight room and space for the wrestling program.
