NECA contractor Schaeffer Electric has worked closely with Keystone Construction company to complete KMOV-TV’s new headquarters building in Maryland Heights, Missouri. This new 45,000-square-foot broadcasting facility and media center boasts two broadcast studios, a large newsroom, dressing rooms, control rooms, data center, seven transmission satellites and fitness center. Work also included the installation of a 750kW backup generator with the capability to power the entire building, 225kW uninterrupted power supply for all sensitive data racks, smart occupancy sensing programmable lighting controls, and HVAC system upgrades to accommodate KMOV’s higher demands. The project team also installed specialty sound proofing systems, new audio/visual equipment throughout and replaced all lights with new LED fixtures to improve energy efficiency.

One of the most beloved St. Louis holiday traditions is absolutely glowing thanks again to NECA contractor PayneCrest Electric and its IBEW workforce.  The historic Anheuser-Busch brewery south of Downtown St. Louis tapped PayneCrest to install its creative holiday lighting display.  Tours of the decorative and brilliant display began on November 18^th and will continue until December 30^th.  It includes a 50-foot digital tree and a 22-foot tree, a “dazzling light show," and Yule Groove performances.
