St. Louis Electrical Connection to Co-Sponsor Sustainability Summit on Business Practices Nov. 24, 2009 in St. Peters, Mo.


ST.LOUIS — The St. Louis Electrical Connection is co-sponsoring the Sustainability Summit being held Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Old Hickory Golf Club, One Dye Club Drive, in St. Peters, Mo.

Organized by the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County, the event is open to the public. The summit will explore the “shades of green” of business practices in St. Charles County. Lead presenters will be Greg Prestemon, president and chief executive officer of the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County, and Tim Gaidis, sustainable design practice leader for St. Louis, Mo.-based HOK, a global architectural firm that specializes in planning, design and delivery solutions for the built environment. The event also includes a panel discussion on practical ways to adopt sustainable practices at work and at home.
