COLUMBIA, MO. — The Missouri Tigers had a little extra energy from fans who cheered Mizzou to its victory over Texas A&M on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013. The Electrical Connection and Radio Disney provided tailgating families with a fun pre-game program about the importance of all types of energy in our lives. The presentation was held at the Hearnes Center and engaged children of all ages in electrical safety, clean energy and energy conservation. It included a dazzling performance by the Mizzou Golden Girls who provided some extra energy to send fans to Faurot Field to roar for their Tigers.

For the past three years, the Electrical Connection and Radio Disney have partnered to provide schools and communities with creative ways to teach practical applications of STEM subjects — science, technology, engineering and math.
