ST. LOUIS — Explosive cheers erupted when the Saint Louis Football Club (Saint Louis FC) emerged onto the field at World Wide Technology Soccer Park on May 7, 2016 wearing their new green jerseys for the first time. Duly inspired, the team went on to shut out the Swope Park Rangers 3-0, improving their record to 3-2-2. See the game highlights at this link.

“The excitement builds for all Saint Louis FC games, but the unveiling of the new green jerseys really energized the crowd,” said Jim Curran, executive vice president, Electrical Connection. The Electrical Connection is in the second year of its sponsorship of Saint Louis FC. It is a partnership of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1 and the St. Louis Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
