Electrical Connection Welcomes Back Brett Hull and Another Season Sponsoring the St. Louis Blues on Sept. 28, 2013

ST. LOUIS — The “Golden Brett” is back and so is the Electrical Connection to sponsor another electrifying St. Louis Blues’ season. On Sept. 9, 2013, Brett Hull was introduced to the public as Blues vice president by club owner Tom Stillman. In the background was a familiar site throughout the Scottrade Center, a prominent Electrical Connection logo symbolizing its third year sponsoring the Blues. The Electrical Connection is a partnership of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local One and the St. Louis Chapter, National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).

“We really value our partnership with the Blues and it’s great to have Brett Hull back,” said Jim Curran, executive vice president of the Electrical Connection. “In supporting our hometown team, we get incredible exposure for our highly skilled IBEW/NECA members.”

The Electrical Connection is prominently displayed year round with back lit signs throughout the Scottrade Center concourse. When the Blues knock the puck into the nets, the Electrical Connection presence is amplified on the main scoreboard in its sponsorship of the scoring player profile. The Electrical Connection support of the team is also broadcast each period on KMOX Radio and the Blues radio network.
