The city of Florissant has honored IBEW/NECA and the Electrical Connection for helping transforming a derelict townhome structure into a training facility for first responders

On January 10-12, 2017, an FAA Remote Pilot Ground School was held in St. Louis. The class was hosted by the AUVSI Gateway Chapter, the Electrical Connection, and UAViation LLC. Taught by Dr. Damon Lercel and Dr. Richard Steckel, four students completed the course and passed the FAA Remote Pilot exam. The next FAA Remote Pilot Ground School class will be held March 21-23, 2017.

Several publications have noted the Electrical Connection’s selection as a finalist for the St. Louis Regional Chamber’s Arcus Awards. They include Construction Forum St. Louis and St. Louis Construction News and Review.
