Electrical Connection to Co-Sponsor Regional Economic Development Conference June 14, 2011


ST.LOUIS — The Electrical Connection is co-sponsoring the Regional Economic Development Conference being held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Missouri Botanical Garden, 4344 Shaw Blvd., in St. Louis, Mo.

Organized by the St. Louis County Economic Council and the St. Louis Development Corporation, the event is open to the public. The conference will focus on best practices for regional economic development with experts from across the Midwest sharing insights on the new reality of a shared vision. Featured panelists are Bob Marcusse, president and chief executive officer of the Kansas City Area Development Council, Janet Miller, chief economic development and marketing officer for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and Robin Roberts Krieger, vice president of economic development at the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.

The panel will be moderated by Denny Coleman, president and chief executive officer of the St. Louis County Economic Council and Rodney Crim, executive director of the St. Louis Development Corporation.
