ST. LOUIS — A rolling display of all things electrical — including green energy (naturally) -- greeted thousands of families as the Electrical Connection helped celebrate the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Cottleville, Mo. Members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local One and the St. Louis Chapter of National Electrical Contractors (NECA) and their families marched in the fourth annual parade on March 14, 2015.
