Through the Design/Build and Design/Assist delivery methods, Sachs has demonstrated the ability to work with architects, engineers and users to bring added value to the Owner. This means that during schematic design, we can provide conceptual pricing, value engineering and constructability comments based on preliminary information.

As stated in our Mission Statement: “We strive for an atmosphere in which new ideas, continuous improvement, and technical innovation are a way of life.” Part of this process involves gathering new installation techniques developed on specific projects and distributing the concepts throughout the company in our ongoing Training Program, a comprehensive program that earned us the Construction Industry Cost Effectiveness Award. We are continuously developing processes to evaluate our project performance in order to target specific areas for improvement.
