With more than 30 years in the technology and telecommunications industry, Steven Potts leads Primary Systems as it advances integrated communications technology that is pushing new horizons, particularly in healthcare. Patient flow, clinical communications, nurse call systems, electronic medical records, supply records are integrated by Primary Systems in communication platforms to improve the patient experience, optimize treatment, maximize productivity, and track important data. As a result, Primary Systems has built integrated communication systems for virtually every healthcare provider in St. Louis. Potts serves as the president of the St Louis Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), is an active member of the National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) and serves on several other boards.  He also served in the Missouri Air National Guard.
